ProSeed Processing, a seed cleaning company located near Methven in New Zealand, recently overcame a major challenge with the help of Aurora Process Solutions.
With two processing sites situated just 10 minutes apart, both handling thousands of high-quality seed bags each season, the task of pallet stacking was becoming a logistical headache.
Finding seasonal staff willing to undertake the labour-intensive work was difficult, forcing owners Mark and Deb to step in during early mornings and late evenings.

To solve this issue, Aurora’s engineers collaborated with Mark to create an innovative solution: the industry’s first fully mobile, transportable palletising and wrapping system.

The Mobile P625 Conventional Palletising & Wrapping System is designed to be easily moved between locations, transforming the labour-intensive process.
Now, staff simply wheel the palletiser into position, where it quickly and efficiently stacks and wraps the bags onto pallets.
When it’s time to shift to the second site, the machine is towed behind a Ute, with set-up taking just a few minutes.
