Italian packaging specialist Concetti has unveiled its latest innovation, the IPF25, an automatic packaging solution tailored for small seed formats ranging from 100 grams to five kilograms.

Designed with the growing hobby garden market in mind, the new system combines speed, flexibility, and quality, offering producers a way to meet increasing demand in Australia for consumer-friendly seed packaging.

With a capacity of up to 600 bags per hour, the IPF25 supports a variety of bag types and closure systems, from resealable pouches to traditional sacks.

A concrete example: one of our customers chose resealable plastic bags with a highly attractive design, perfect for catching consumers’ attention and aligned with increasing sustainability demands.

Concetti, which has more than 50 years of experience working with leading seed groups globally, highlights the machine’s advanced features, including integration with traceability, printing, and labelling devices.

These capabilities ensure compliance with both local and international regulations while giving producers the tools to manage increasingly complex processes.

The company says its local presence in Australia, including spare parts inventory and technical support, guarantees fast response times and continuity of production.

With the IPF, producers can tap into a fast-growing market segment, offering flexible, safe, resealable, and fully traceable packaging, turning the challenges of small-scale distribution into concrete growth opportunities.
