The building components are currently available for inspection in Canberra by appointment;
The walls and ceiling panels are modular cool room/sandwich type panels (factory painted, steel lined, fire resistant expanded polystyrene insulation), so light weight, hygienic/easy to clean, durable and no painting required;
The building was a clinic but would easily repurpose to a permanent or temporary mining camp accommodation/food preparation and meals areas/offices space/hostel/school group/emergency/homeless shelter/accommodation building (the building has not been designed or built to meet Australian Standards for other medical applications and therefore the onus would be on the buyer to confirm the buildings suitability, or modify it for their intended use);
The building could also be quite easily split down the middle to provide one or two 800m2 to 900m2 buildings if that was of interest;
