Eriez wins OZ Minerals Carrapateena supply contract

Metso has acquired the Chilean mining engineering, construction and technology company HighService Service to further strengthen its service portfolio.

Eriez will provide OZ Minerals its HydroFloat technology to extract copper and gold from the ore in the Carrapateena project in southern Australia.

The contract and project aims to help drive mining industry progress while mitigating environmental impact.

James Cooke, managing director of Eirez Australia, said in a statement that the contract is a significant milestone for the company, and the company is proud to have been chosen as the preferred supplier.
