Metso inks new deal with American metal recycler

Metso has signed a service partner agreement with a machine repair, field service and rebuild company to support metal recycling throughout North America.

Metso has signed a service partner agreement with a machine repair, field service and rebuild company to support metal recycling throughout North America.

The company, FEMCO, has been in the scrap, demolition and recycling industry for more than 50 years, aiming to provide quality and responsive services.

As an authorised Metso service provider, FEMCO’s team will strengthen Metso’s metal recycling equipment line of shredders, pre-shredders, shears, balers, briquetters and loggers.

“We’ve had a project-based relationship with FEMCO, and quickly recognized how well their expertise, professionalism and high standards fit with our values,” Metso Vice President of Metal Recycling Americas Mark Haire said.
