Metso has designed a 248-page handbook for conveyor professionals in the mining and aggregate industries covering the typical challenges involved in properly maintaining conveyors.
The handbook offers solutions to problems such as carryback, belt mistracking, spillage around the conveyor, excessive dust and waste reduction.
It covers belts, idlers, roller options, tensioners, cleaners, sealing systems, protective devices, impact cradles and loading solutions.
Selection guides are also included to help users match an application with a solution.
