The HAVER & BOECKER pump-packer, a cost-effective packing solution for filling a wide range of paper and film bags with low density powdery product, can now be shipped to manufacturing facilities to trial and test.
Released in 2024, the Pump-Packer is available as a closed INTEGRA packer and as a stationary ELEMENTRA packer.
Equipped with advanced weighing electronics, this packer is specifically designed for packing lightweight powdery materials of 20 to 300 g/l, including silicates, resins, pigments, carbon blacks or aluminium oxides.
How it works
The double diaphragm pump as an active dosing system for the product flow ensures weight accuracy.
The installed bag-forming unit yields compact, box-shaped filled packages and stable pressing at the spout, thus enabling easy bag handling and optimised transport volumes depending on the product.
The automatic and type-dependent bag height adjustment is equally impressive.
Continuous monitoring of the internal bag pressure assures automatic filling pressure control.
The inflatable sleeve that is precisely controlled via the internal bag pressure results in a clean filling process. Moreover, the pump cycle monitoring system continuously monitors the process.
The Pump-Packer has already been used by customers worldwide and has proven its efficiency.
