Nominations are flying in for this year’s edition of the Australian Bulk Handling Awards, and you could be part of the action.

“The Australian Bulk Handling Awards are going to be bigger and better than ever this year,” ABHR editor Charles Macdonald said.

“We’ve got a lot to celebrate: it’s our tenth running of the event, and to mark 20-years of publication of Australian Bulk Handling Review, we’ll be distributing our special 20th-Anniversary commemorative edition at the event.

“But time is of the essence. I’d urge companies to get their nominations in quickly, before the deadline of October 2nd. Also, companies and individuals should now be booking a seat or table at the event.”

Just nine days remain to nominate for one of the 10 categories on offer:

  • Bulk Handling Facility of the Year (Resources and Infrastructure)
  • Bulk Handling Facility of the Year (Manufacturing and Processing)
  • Innovative Technology
  • Environmental Project of the Year
  • Dust Control Technology, Application or Practice
  • Best Practice in WH&S
  • Excellence in Transport and/or Conveying
  • Excellence in the Application of Gears, Motors or Drives
  • Supplier of the Year
