Bucket elevator manufacturer 4B Group has opened a new office and warehouse facility in Jakarta, as part of the company’s Indonesian expansion.

Indonesia was previously serviced by 4B Australia. However, due to the growing population and demand for animal protein increasing, the company has opened a new subsidiary to enhance the country’s customer support, reduce lead times, and ensure faster order turnaround with local stock availability.

The subsidiary’s managing director, Christian Chandra, plans to support customers with direct access to 4B’s engineering expertise, solutions, and product range, which includes elevator buckets, bolts, belting, forged chains, level controls, and hazard monitoring systems designed to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

“By opening 4B Indonesia, we are bringing our expertise closer to customers and ensuring they receive faster, better service,” Chandra said.
